This would never fly in upscale Northern VA, in the extended DC suburbs. Nothing gets people here more up in arms than the Supreme Court overturning the DC handgun ban.
It makes a little more sense in Texas - or in my home town in upstate NY. People there are familiar with guns, understand them, and take them seriously. There's no culture of fear there.
Another argument for letting states decide these controversial issues for themselves?
I love Legos. I had to be pried away from them as a kid, and nothing else instigated more conflicts with my brother. My wife actually bought me a Lego Creator set as a present recently, and I spent 4 hrs building it in gleeful reminiscence.

It doesn't show the insanity of the crowds. In addition to the annual cherry blossom festivities, there was a kite festival, a charity 5k (10k?), the Nats first exhibition game in their new stadium, and a couple more events I didn't know about till I got home Saturday night.

I took the embed code from YouTube, ran it through Blinkx, and now it shows up here with contextual text ads. 2.5 billion (or some other huge number) of hits later, I make a few bucks. Not bad if you have a high-traffic site.
